Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive membership growth and retention
  • Lead and manage a team of fitness professionals to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ensure the gym is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and appearance
  • Proactively seek out and generate new leads to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the club within the local community
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a management role within the fitness industry
  • Proven track record of success in leading a team and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Police clearance and Working with Children clearance
