Job Title: Product Strategist Lead

About the Role

This key strategic role is a vital part of our organization's cloud and advanced technologies group.

  • Lead and execute the AI product strategy and roadmap for traditional and generative AI solutions.
  • Spearhead the development, deployment, and scaling of generative AI solutions within our organization.
  • Bridge the gap between business needs and technical innovation, driving the strategy, design, and execution of Gen AI-powered products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions that enhance customer experiences, optimize operations, and unlock new business opportunities.
Product Strategy and Vision

Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for traditional & generative AI initiatives, aligning with organizational goals and priorities.

Product Development and Execution

Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI (Traditional & Gen AI) products, from ideation and prototyping to development, deployment, and scaling.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of AI initiatives.

Leadership and Mentorship

Provide thought leadership on Generative AI, educating stakeholders on its capabilities and limitations.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business units, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Global Engagement and Alignment

Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders across GPC global to prioritize AI initiatives, lead delivery and alignment across the globe.

Strategic Partnerships

Establish effective partnerships to support the delivery of projects and portfolio, cost-effective and fast scalability, long-term strategic alignment and growth.

IT Financial Governance

Manage IT Capex and Opex in areas of responsibility, ensuring budgets and targets are met.

Cyber Security and Compliance

Support Cyber activities as required and directed by group Cyber leads, ensuring the organization is protected.

OH&S

Create a safe, healthy workplace by adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
