Remuneration: $36.56 - $40.93 per hour + 12% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances

Your role in our healthcare teamAs Part Of Our Rehabilitation Team, You Will Work Under The Direction And Supervision Of A Registered Nurse To Deliver Safe And Holistic Care To Individuals And Their Families, Applying Best Clinical Practice And Ensuring A Safe Environment For Optimal Patient Outcomes. In Addition To This You Will:
- Deliver exceptional person-centred care by working collaboratively with your multidisciplinary team, applying exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Apply sound clinical practice which ensures a safe environment and promotes optimal patient health
- Effectively exchange information with the Registered Nurse regarding patient responses to treatment and nursing care
- Demonstrate application of the principles of clinical and workplace risk management
- Achieve optimum patient care through effective collaboration with other health professionals and coordination of care
- Achieves optimal patient outcomes through appropriate allocation of staff and delegation of work and effective communication skills
- Diploma of Nursing degree or equivalent and registration with a relevant authority, with a minimum of 12 months post-graduate experience within an acute care/hospital setting
- Full Australian Working Rights (please note, we are unable to provide sponsorship at this time)
- Flexibility to work across a 24/7 rotating roster, with demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Workplace Health and Safety practices.
- A commitment to patient safety and quality improvements and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Willingness to obtain required vaccinations in line with our infection control requirements
