Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to fill the role of Maintenance Assurance and Property Manager.

This key position is responsible for delivering compliance and monitoring functions relating to property condition audits and maintenance contracts. The successful candidate will provide professional advice, manage project staff, and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee local delivery of integrated services that meet departmental and government objectives, community expectations, and budget considerations.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of issues impacting clients and lead critical projects to develop and review policies, professional standards, and operating practices.
