High-Tech Assembly Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a High-Tech Assembly Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for manually winding ultra-fine material using camera-guided assembly stations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in assembly, electronics, lab, medical devices, or cleanroom work, and previous work involving fine motor tasks under a camera or microscope. They will also be physically fit and capable of standing while working for long durations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform manual winding of ultra-fine material using camera-guided assembly stations
  • Follow detailed work instructions with consistency and accuracy
  • Operate standing for long periods (up to 7 hours per shift) in a production environment
  • Maintain quality and safety standards while contributing to a clean and efficient workspace
  • Collaborate with team leads to support continuous improvement in processes
