Job Title: Steel Manufacturing Frame Assembler

We are seeking a skilled Steel Manufacturing Frame Assembler to join our team at the Tomago Factory.

This role involves assembling steel roof trusses, joists, and wall frames to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and understand basic drawings and framing plans
  • Assemble roof trusses, joists, and wall frames with precision
  • Collaborate closely with the rest of the team to ensure seamless coordination and timely completion of production tasks
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Operate hand power tools safely and efficiently

About You:

  • Excellent work ethic, honesty, reliability, and punctuality are essential
  • Previous experience in assembly work is desirable - training is provided
  • A general understanding of assembly principles is required
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high volume, repetitive tasks
  • Current driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary
  • Available to work Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays - 38 hours a week
