Senior Network Solutions Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network engineering, with experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. They will be responsible for delivering on-site and remote systems engineering services to a diverse customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Tackle various technical tasks including switching, wireless, firewalling, and cybersecurity.
- Provide services as part of a highly skilled team.
- Manage endpoint software installation and licensing, as well as end-user device setup and transfer.
- Document time and technical information into ticketing systems and client tools.
- Multiple years' experience in senior network engineer or similar positions.
- Desire to succeed as a team member and share knowledge with fellow engineers.
- Effective communication with stakeholders in both technical and non-technical capacities.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Deep understanding of networking concepts, firewalls, switching, and wireless technology.
- Level 4 experience in network troubleshooting.
- 6+ years' experience in large enterprise networking and SD WANs.
- Relevant certifications with key networking vendors and products.
- Must be an Australian resident available to work full-time without restrictions.
- Current National Police Check and state-based Working With Children Check.
