Supply Chain Professional

This challenging role supports hospital departments with stock management, ensuring adequate inventory levels to meet organisational objectives.

As a Supply Officer, you will be responsible for ordering, receiving and storing stock in relevant locations/stock levels in accordance with hospital purchasing and inventory control policies and procedures.

  • 9:30am – 2:30pm
  • 6:30am – 3:30pm (availability to work within this window)

A full-time opportunity may be available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and maintain accurate inventory records.
  2. Coordinate the receipt, storage and distribution of goods and materials.
  3. Develop and implement effective inventory control systems to optimise stock levels and minimise waste.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in supply chain management or purchasing.
  • Proven ability to use computerised inventory control systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when required.
