Job Title: Inventory Lead

Overview:

The successful candidate will manage inventory and stock-receiving processes in a high-volume retail environment, ensuring stock integrity with a focus on accuracy and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage inventory and stock-receiving processes
  • Ensure stock integrity and accuracy
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to lead stock handling from receiving to stock-to-floor movement
  • Demonstrate high standards of attention to detail and strong numerical/analytical skills
  • Inspire others through effective communication and implement efficient stock processes
  • Adapt to change, multitask, and maintain resilience in a fast-paced setting

Qualifications:

  • Inventory and stock-receiving experience preferably in a high-volume retail environment
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management capabilities
  • Effective communication self-motivation and ability to motivate others with best stock and inventory practices
  • Solutions-driven mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo and improve processes
