Job Title: Associate Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director to join our team in Cambridge, UK. As a key member of our Cost Management Services team, you will be responsible for providing expert cost consulting services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers to deliver cost consulting services to clients.
  • Develop and implement cost management strategies to ensure clients achieve their objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on cost planning, cost control, and contract administration.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated project solutions.
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree or masters qualification in quantity surveying or a related field.
  • Full membership of a relevant professional body, such as the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
  • Proven experience in cost management, quantity surveying, and leadership roles.
  • Strong cost planning and cost control skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
