  • Pre-sales Support: Provide support in pre-sales activities, ensuring scope, estimate, and team makeup are correct when estimates are provided to the client.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years in a software development environment, preferably with Cloud experience, and experience in professional services/consulting organizations.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver in product development environments.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the systems/software agile development cycle, including some technical knowledge of Salesforce, programming, system design, cloud infrastructure, and database concepts.
  • Facilitation and Workshop Skills: Strong facilitation and workshop skills, with an ability to run discovery and design sessions.
  • Communication Skills: Strong presentation and communication skills, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Business Analysis Skills: Strong Business Analysis skills, with the ability to lead or support requirements gathering workshops.
  • Estimation and Sizing: Experience in engagement estimation/sizing and supporting Statement of Work (SoW) production.
