Experienced Oncology Nurse

As a dedicated and compassionate professional, we are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating evidence-based nursing care to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
About You
A strong background in oncology nursing with recent experience in chemotherapy administration, cannulation, and vascular access device (VAD) care is desirable but training will be provided for outstanding candidates. A commitment to ongoing professional development and delivering patient-focused care is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply critical thinking skills and evidence-based practice principles to provide high-quality patient care.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the delivery of comprehensive nursing care from admission to discharge.
- Foster professional relationships built on trust and respect with colleagues, patients, and families.
- Develop and maintain practice capabilities through continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
- Conduct holistic, culturally sensitive assessments to deliver tailored care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
