Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage quality screening, interview, and offer processes for roles across Sales, Marketing, Service, or Corporate Services.">
  • Champion operational excellence by using available technology and standard processes to improve efficiency, quality, and speed for both in-person and virtual hiring.">
  • Contribute to broader Talent Acquisition strategies to ensure delivery of qualified and diverse talent.">
  • Recommend and drive improvements to the local sourcing strategy and pipeline by collaborating with the Recruitment Manager.">
