Senior Speech and Language Pathologist

Job Description:
The role of the Senior Speech and Language Pathologist is to provide leadership and professional advice to students, families, and communities. The individual will lead a team of speech and language pathologists, providing clinical services and support to students with communication and swallowing disorders. This includes diagnosing and reporting on these disorders, organizing and implementing treatment plans, and providing leadership on complex cases.
This position requires a high level of self-direction, initiative, and flexibility, with the ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary support team. The ideal candidate will have experience as a speech and language pathologist, with a passion for working with children and young people, particularly those with diverse clinical needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Accreditation by Speech Pathology Australia
Membership or eligibility for membership with the organisation
High-level self-direction, initiative, and flexibility
Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary support team
Passion for working with children and young people, particularly those with diverse clinical needs
Benefits:
