Store Manager Position

At Platypus Shoes, we're on the hunt for a talented Store Manager to lead our team in Tweed. As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for driving sales, managing store operations, and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive Sales and KPIs: Lead your team to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, and store presentation.
- Motivate and Coach Your Team: Foster a positive and productive work environment, and provide coaching and development opportunities to help your team members grow.
- Manage Store Operations: Ensure efficient operation of your store, including stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage.
- Collaborate with Area Manager: Work closely with your Area Manager to identify areas of opportunity for your store and team.

- Flexible Roster: Work a Tuesday to Saturday roster, with two consecutive days off in a row to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1+ years of retail store management experience in a fast-paced environment.

- Effective roster management and wage control.
