Lead Asset Management Engineer

Job Description

As a Lead Engineer, you will lead and take ownership of a portfolio of asset management projects. You will work with existing national clients on operational readiness and asset performance improvement projects.

  • Deliver operational readiness activities including maintenance strategy development, spares assessments, CMMS builds, and development of operations and maintenance procedures.
  • Develop preventative maintenance plans and procedures for critical equipment ensuring seamless integration with existing maintenance systems.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely availability of spare parts and equipment required for maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities include reviewing, implementing, and improving asset management systems and processes. Provide technical support and guidance to the team fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Background in hydrocarbons, manufacturing or mining environments.
  • Proven capability to deliver to project timelines.
  • Extensive experience preferably in maintenance and/or operations, and AM consulting teams.
  • Experience developing and managing CMMS and/or Integrity systems and databases.
  • Root Cause Analysis, FMECA/FMEA, and Equipment hierarchy development.
  • High competence and passion to use data to drive projects and reporting.
