Dispatch Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Dispatch Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service by efficiently allocating resources and maintaining relationships with clients during vehicle breakdowns.

About the Role:
  • Evaluate situations quickly and make informed decisions to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders to maintain effective communication and achieve set goals.
  • Develop strong relationships with colleagues and clients through proactive and professional service.
  • Maintain a safe working environment for all team members and clients.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of new strategies.
Requirements:
  • Experience in dispatch or logistics roles, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
  • Able to work flexible shifts Monday to Sunday between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently to meet deadlines.
