Maintenance Operations Leader for Petroleum and Oil Industry

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Operations Leader to join our team in the petroleum and oil industry. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, overseeing maintenance and repair works, and leading a team of workers to achieve this goal.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering, with at least 3 years of experience in plant maintenance and repair. They will also have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team to achieve high levels of performance.
In addition to their technical expertise, the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols, with the ability to ensure a safe working environment for all staff. They will also be able to work effectively with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the operation are running smoothly.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or relevant experience)
- At least 3 years of experience in plant maintenance and repair
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
