As a key member of our team, the Bookkeeper/Payroll Administrator will play a vital role in managing payroll and deductions for internal staff, industrial, and seasonal workers.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexible working hours and the chance to develop your skills and expertise.
- Process weekly payroll for our industrial and agriculture divisions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing payments and reconciling accounts, to maintain smooth financial operations
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding of temporary staff, maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times
- Prepare payroll reports and summaries, providing valuable insights into our performance
The successful candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in roles such as Payroll Administrator, Payroll Officer, or Bookkeeper
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll systems (Xero experience is advantageous)
- Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with workers and clients
