Lead Credit Team

We are seeking an experienced credit professional to lead our credit team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial services and be able to oversee all aspects of the credit team, including mortgage and consumer lending, underwriting and policy and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee credit assessment
  • Review lending policy
  • Conduct competitor analysis
  • Lead and coach a team of credit professionals
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external audits
  • Develop business partnerships
  • Manage projects, leveraging technology and automation to drive efficiency
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of loan origination systems
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
