About the Role:This is a unique opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial environment while taking full ownership of a key function from start to finish. You will thrive in a team of 10, with sole responsibility for end-to-end payroll processing for up to 5+ countries.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for onshore and offshore operations across 5+ countries.
- Prepare payroll tax, FBT, and workers' compensation calculations and payments.
- Utilise multiple systems for payroll management, data entry, and reporting.
- Handle employee enquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on relevant regulations and compliance requirements to ensure payroll accuracy and legality.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Payroll Officer with end-to-end payroll processing experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and employee interaction.
- Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance standards.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Highly flexible work environment with only one office day per week.
