Job Description

The EL1 Technical Lead for Workforce Identity and Access Management is accountable for delivering quality outcomes across Cyber Security and Resilience functions. This role involves complex problem-solving, execution of major Identity and Access Management projects, and exercising sound decision-making and judgement to produce high-level policy, design advice, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery and oversight of complex technical Identity and Cybersecurity workloads and projects.
  • Technical leadership among Workforce Identity Engineers, leading by example in delivery of Identity outcomes and projects.
  • Application of skills within Microsoft Entra ID domains, including user lifecycles, access packages, Privileged Identity Management, and Conditional Access.

Essential Criteria:

  • Demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting secure Identity and Access Management solutions in Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft-focused development and automation tools, including Graph API, PowerShell, and Automations and Runbooks.
  • Demonstrated understanding or experience migrating or disconnecting from legacy on-prem Identity solutions and moving to Cloud-First solutions.
