Job Description

We are seeking a motivated individual for a Practical Legal Training Placement opportunity. This position is ideal for candidates aiming to gain hands-on experience in diverse legal areas.

The selected candidate will work closely with our experienced solicitors, engaging in various legal tasks and making contributions to our practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting and preparing legal documents, including briefs, court documents, contracts, and conveyancing paperwork.
  • Conducting legal research and analysis across our practice areas.
  • Supporting solicitors in case preparation, including evidence collection, client communications, and coordination with external entities.
  • Participating in court appearances, mediations, and other legal appointments under supervision.
  • Providing administrative support to the team, including file management and correspondence.
  • Attending client meetings and assisting in providing legal advice under the supervision of our partners.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.
  • Enrolment in or completion of a Practical Legal Training (PLT) program.

Additional Information
