Looking for a challenging career opportunity that combines legal expertise with administrative support? Our law firm offers an exciting PLT placement and work experience program for students to develop their skills and gain valuable industry insights.

The role involves providing high-level administrative assistance to our solicitors, undertaking research tasks and paralegal duties under close supervision. This position exposes you to various aspects of law, including general litigation, commercial law, and conveyancing.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and time management skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A strong attention to detail and self-motivation are essential, along with a strong team player mindset and willingness to learn.

  • We welcome applicants with prior experience in a legal office, although it is not mandatory.
  • A strong understanding of general law principles and practices is preferred but can be developed through on-the-job training.
  • Applicants should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Prior experience in a legal office is highly regarded, but all qualified candidates are considered. Selection criteria include excellent communication skills, strong time management and organisational skills, high level of attention to detail, self-motivated and a strong work initiative and strong team player.
