About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Proposals Associate to join our team in Canada. This role will support our proposals team with the preparation and production of proposals ensuring client satisfaction and meeting project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the identification, development, and publication of proposals, tenders, and other written documentation requiring professional writing and editing skills.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting high-quality tender and expression of interest documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather proposal content and ensure development milestones are met.
  • Maintain client and opportunity databases, registers, and internal business development documentation within our client relationship management system.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 1-3 years of experience providing proposal or project coordination/administrative support, preferably in a professional services firm.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications, which is considered a strong asset.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office software, including Adobe Acrobat Professional.
  • Excellent team player and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
