National Fleet and Asset Management Role

The National Fleet and Project Coordinator plays a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of Nokia's vehicle fleet and asset management. This position ensures the efficient utilization, maintenance, and record-keeping of all company vehicles and assets, including generators, trailers, and other physical resources.

The Coordinator supports Nokia in managing our customer fleet of assets as required by the Field team. Close collaboration with various departments is necessary to ensure optimal performance and compliance with company policies and regulations.

The job involves managing the company's fleet, including acquisition, registration, servicing, maintenance, and disposal. Routine maintenance and repairs scheduling and oversight are also critical responsibilities, ensuring vehicles are safe and operational.

Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, regulations, and asset management principles is essential for this role. Proficiency in using fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite is also required.

The Coordinator promotes and enforces safety protocols and best practices for vehicle operation and asset usage. Investigating and reporting accidents, incidents, or damage involving company vehicles or assets are critical tasks.

Key stakeholders include Reports to National Field Services Manager, Procurement, Field State managers, All Field staff, External car leasing companies, and Insurance and repair companies.

This role requires a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective collaboration and problem-solving.
