We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Supply Chain Coordinator - Vehicle Management.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of vehicles from factory to customer, ensuring that all logistics and administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Fulfillment of monthly national production quota of specified model groups
  • Administration of inbound shipments of vehicles into and out of Australia
  • Collaboration with local 3PL to administer outbound car flow management and track vehicle preparation and delivery
  • Maintenance of vehicle data, sales orders and quarterly stocktake
  • Monitoring of vehicle orderbank and shipping to ensure timely production and arrivals
  • Ordering, monitoring and reporting on supply pipeline for Market Introduction (MI), Launch and Special Event vehicles
  • Submissions to government authorities and support for vehicle homologation and stop sales
  • Assistance with sourcing and ordering of vehicles for Company Vehicles, Press & Marketing etc.
  • Communication with internal contacts and external clients and providers
  • Support for training of the retail network and development of training material
  • Ad hoc tasks
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the vehicle supply environment.
  • Sound knowledge of Qlik and database usage
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong practical and analytical problem-solving skills with an operational focus
  • Microsoft Office Excel, Power Query and PowerPoint Intermediate/Advanced
  • Attention to detail and time management skills.
