Facilities Portfolio Business Partner - Health Manager Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Facilities Portfolio Business Partner, responsible for the management of facilities across our health district.

The successful candidate will coordinate planned and reactive building works, repairs, and maintenance across our community facilities. They will also be responsible for coordinating security and duress alarm systems, and liaising with contractors to provide response, maintenance, and repairs.

Additionally, the Facilities Portfolio Business Partner will develop and manage strategic planning, provision quality advice, and project management expertise. They will also coordinate internal and external stakeholder management, management of third-party contractors, and identifying underutilized or inefficient areas for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have experience in facility management in a large diverse service industry organization, including managing repairs, cleaning, security, building access, and parking for leased and owned real estate. They will also have tertiary qualifications in a related field such as engineering, design, or facilities management.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and investigation skills, including negotiating with external organizations. They will also be able to work independently and autonomously, while being highly motivated and productive.
