We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Graduate Engineer to join our Verification and Validation team.

Job Description

This role entails collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product design meets technical requirements and customer needs. You will be responsible for developing and implementing test methodologies, automating tests, and optimizing processes through script development and AI tools.

You will work on designing new test rigs, digital tools, and develop initiatives that challenge and improve the way the team operates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure design meets technical requirements and customer needs.
  • Develop and implement test methodologies and automate tests.
  • Optimize processes through script development and AI tooling.
  • Perform testing and data analysis independently.
  • Review and challenge system requirements for scope, risk, and suitability.
  • Initiate, drive, and utilize requirements on automation and test instrumentation.
  • Identify and investigate root cause of test anomalies and failures.
  • Support regulatory activities, such as audits and FDA responses.
  • Communicate effectively with peers, stakeholders, and supervisors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Engineering or Science degree (Materials, Physics, Medical Science) within the last 2 years.
  • Related work or study experience is advantageous.
  • Interest and/or experience in software development or AI implementation and usage.
  • Passion for coding and AI, with a willingness to experiment and ask questions.
