Graduate Engineer in Verification and Validation

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Engineer to join our Verification and Validation team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with product development teams to ensure the design meets technical requirements and customer needs. This includes developing and implementing test methodologies, automating tests, and optimizing processes through scripting and AI tools.

As a Graduate Engineer, you will work independently to perform testing and data analysis, while also reviewing and challenging system requirements for scope, risk, and suitability. You will also be responsible for initiating, driving, and utilizing requirements on automation and test instrumentation.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Verification and Validation and contribute to improving the world's best medical technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure design meets technical requirements and customer needs.
  • Develop and implement test methodologies and automate tests to accelerate design feedback loop.
  • Optimize processes through scripting and AI tools.
  • Perform testing and data analysis independently.
  • Review and challenge system requirements for scope, risk, and suitability.
  • Initiate, drive, and utilize requirements on automation and test instrumentation.
  • Identify and investigate root causes of test anomalies and failures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Engineering or Science degree (Materials, Physics, Medical Science) graduated within last 2 years.
  • Related work or study experience is advantageous.
  • Interest and/or experience in software development or AI implementation and usage.
