Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as Payroll Systems Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and executing strategic management objectives, providing guidance, support and training for the Payroll Systems team.

The successful candidate will have exposure to SAP or other large payroll software products, proven leadership experience, thorough knowledge of administration and implementation of payroll systems, understanding of utilising payroll database software and strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Prioritise system and manual controls to ensure compliance with internal and external audits
  • Develop and implement operational efficiencies where relevant
  • Review and manage new legislative requirements
  • Manage and implement new Enterprise Agreement requirements
