Mental Health Clinic Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our practice. Our goal is to provide exceptional patient care and support the clinical team in a brand-new Mental Health clinic.
The ideal candidate will have previous receptionist experience in a psychology clinic and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression and building relationships with all clients in a friendly and warm manner.
- Book and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records and handling payments.
- Access sensitive information while maintaining patient confidentiality and supporting the smooth running of the practice.
- Available to work Monday to Friday in a Mental Health clinic.
- Previous receptionist experience in a psychology clinic is desirable.
- Studying or having studied Bachelor of Psychology will be highly regarded.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Proven track record of strong organisational skills, administrative and time management.
