About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Public or Private Surgical Ward. As a Nurse Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of specialties, including Orthopaedic and Neurosurgery, Urology, Upper Gastrointestinal, General surgery, Plastic Surgery, Vascular surgery, and Breast and Endocrine Surgery. Your skills will include:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Surgical Unit
  • Demonstrated computer literacy with email and an electronic patient record system
  • Previous experience within a private hospital setting will be well regarded
  • Passion for delivering quality patient-centred care
  • Ability to manage shift work (including day and night shifts) over 7 days
