  • Healthcare Planning: Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring patient-centered and evidence-based practices.
  • Patient Monitoring: Continuously monitor patient vital signs, medical information, and symptoms, reporting any changes or concerns to healthcare teams.
  • Diagnostic Testing: Order and interpret medical diagnostic tests, such as lab results and imaging studies, to inform patient care decisions.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, physicians, and hospital staff to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing.
  • Licensure: Current state licensure as a registered nurse and BLS certification required.
  • Certifications: American Heart Association BLS/CPR and ACLS certification.
  • Skills: Basic computer skills, effective communication, and a professional, friendly attitude.
  • Experience: Experience in home health care and emergency room or intensive care settings preferred.
