About the Role

This role involves working as a critical care nurse in various locations across Western New South Wales. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to the development of clinical practice standards.

Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience working as an ICU Nurse
  • ALS certification
  • Triage training
  • Ventilation training
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
Remuneration and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary package, which includes:

  • $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience
