Strategic Digital Product Lead

This is a leadership role responsible for the strategic development and implementation of digital payment systems.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy to stakeholders.
- Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure input is incorporated into the product development process.
- Advocate for end-users, ensuring products are user-friendly, accessible, and meet requirements.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog to deliver high-priority features.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
- Maintain compliance with regulations and best practices, including data security and privacy requirements.
- Implement and manage secure payment collection processes and integration with banking services.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and ability to translate complex requirements into actionable tasks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with financial systems, government accounting principles, and data security and privacy regulations.
