  • Implement Board direction into operational plans
  • Manage organisational resources effectively
  • Promote the organisation across the region and strengthen community partnerships
  • Oversee workforce development, Work Health & Safety improvements

About You:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in the community or aged care sector
  • Strong knowledge of compliance and funding requirements within aged care services or similar
  • Proven ability in strategic management and financial stewardship
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders, staff, and community partners
