We are currently seeking a Customer Service Professional to join our team in Western Australia. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through ordering and quotations of parts.

About the Role

This is a pivotal role in the success of our business and our customers' operations. You will work from our Kewdale office facility and maintain information through our Customer Relationship Management system, as well as work within various e-commerce systems to handle transactions between us and the customer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate customer records and provide timely responses to customer inquiries
  • Process customer orders and quotations efficiently and effectively
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
