Job Title: Hospitality Assistant

The ideal candidate will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by maintaining the highest standards of room cleanliness and maintenance.

  • Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks within guest rooms, including changing bed linens, sanitizing bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces to ensure a positive first impression.
  • Follow established guidelines meticulously to achieve high standards of cleanliness and room presentation.
  • Handle cleaning products responsibly and adhere to safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Maintain our commitment to guest privacy and security, ensuring they feel comfortable throughout their stay.
  • Quickly identify and report any maintenance problems, demonstrating a commitment to providing a flawless guest experience.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Previous experience as a cleaner or hospitality professional is preferred (4-star and 5-star experience is advantageous).
  • A friendly and approachable communication style that makes guests and colleagues feel welcome.
  • A strong attention to detail, ability to manage time effectively, and take pride in work.
  • Physical endurance and comfort with moving between rooms, including using staircases and open pathways.
  • Ability to work well with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and contribute positively to the team.
