**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused sales professional to work in a dynamic retail environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Operating the cash register, lotto terminals, and maintaining store cleanliness.
  • Promoting add-on products and achieving sales targets through effective communication with customers.
  • Maintaining effective communication with management, coworkers, and customers.
  • Assisting with business opening and closing procedures, including operating point of sale/computer systems and processing paperwork.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in the retail or customer service industries is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to function at a high level in customer service.
  • Ability to operate unsupervised at a high volume and maintain high standards of performance.
  • Positive attitude and acceptance of personal responsibility.
  • Ability to contribute actively and successfully as part of a team.
