Leadership Development Opportunity

This program is designed for high-potential graduates in science, engineering, business, and commerce. It equips participants with the tools, skills, and support to accelerate their professional development and secure a permanent role post-program.

The program includes three job rotations, gaining exposure to various facets of core processes, technologies, and leadership. Rotations are tailored to individual aspirations, development needs, and business priorities, all based at our headquarters in Melbourne.

A structured program supports personal growth, focusing on self-awareness, learning from others, and developing critical competencies for success. Learning opportunities include induction programs, cohort activities, business impact projects, skills development trainings, online learning library, career mentoring, and rotations.

By the end of the program, participants will have produced results, gained credibility, and developed a strong professional network. They will be ready to take on various roles that align with their long-term career aspirations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Graduating in 2025 or graduated in 2024 in Science, Business & Commerce, or Engineering.
  • Relevant Work Experience: Including internships.
