- At least 5 years' experience in hotel finance leadership
- The ability to lead teams, partner with GMs, and drive commercial growth
- Strong stakeholder management and systems capabilities
- Full working rights in Australia
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading the finance team and driving business growth through effective financial planning and management
- Developing and implementing financial strategies that align with the hotel's overall business objectives
- Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including the GM, executive team, and other department heads
- Managing budgets, forecasting, and reporting to ensure accurate financial information is available to support business decision-making
