We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial professional to lead our finance team.

Job Description

As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for driving financial excellence and delivering strategic business outcomes.

  • Take ownership of the monthly management accounts, financial reporting and cash flow forecasting
  • Manage tax compliance and planning, working with advisors to optimise tax outcomes and align financial strategies
  • Oversee treasury, risk management, budgeting, and ensure robust financial controls
  • Partner with Asset Managers to review performance, cash flows, and balance sheets for property assets, and support acquisitions/ disposals through due diligence and financial modelling
  • Develop detailed financial models to support development proposals, feasibility analyses, and valuations, providing actionable insights
  • Mentor and develop the finance team to enhance capabilities and drive success

You will have the opportunity to engage with senior stakeholders across borders, travel occasionally, and foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement within the finance team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • A deep background in property investments, specifically hotel investments and developments
  • Ideal experience starting in a Big4 environment before progressing into group reporting within a commercial environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to command respect and influence senior leadership
  • A strategic mindset to navigate complex financial landscapes and influence business decisions
  • The ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to leverage professional relationships
  • A CA/CPA qualification and a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or tax
