About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to partner with senior stakeholders, deliver meaningful insights, and strengthen financial performance on large-scale construction and infrastructure projects.

As a key member of the project finance team, you will play a pivotal role in providing robust financial analysis, reporting, and insights to project leaders. Your expertise in financial management and reporting will be crucial in driving effective decision-making and ensuring project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with project leaders to provide financial analysis and reporting.
  • Develop and implement KPIs and performance metrics to track project outcomes.
  • Oversee planning and reporting systems to ensure integrity and functionality.
  • Drive improvements across policies, processes, and reporting frameworks.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships across finance and project teams.
About You:

You are a commercially minded finance professional with a strong foundation in financial management and reporting. You have the ability to translate complex financial information into actionable advice that drives better decision-making.

You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions and build collaborative relationships. Your knowledge of financial planning systems, reporting tools, and relevant standards/legislation is essential for this role.

Requirements:
  • CA/CPA qualified with experience in financial management within large-scale projects.
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycles, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Experience defining, developing, and delivering high-quality financial and management reports.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial information and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Track record of driving continuous improvement in processes, systems, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
