Job Title: Project Information Management Lead

Job Description:

The successful candidate will lead the project information management team, providing effective leadership and direction to ensure seamless execution of large-scale projects. This role involves developing team capabilities through effective leadership and training, creating a robust succession pipeline of identified talent.

Key responsibilities include leading specialist project information management within the team, deputizing for and supporting the manager project information management, contributing to continuous improvement processes, and ensuring a quality service is delivered by the specialist project information management team.

Additionally, the candidate will interact and engage with functional groups to advance consistency, liaise with and provide guidance to internal and external stakeholders regarding project information management, and provide direction with counterparts in EPCMs/external contractors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Several years of experience in information management, with a broad understanding of information management in large-scale major capital projects environments.
  • Proven experience using Aconex and the SmartPlant suite of tools, including SmartPlant Enterprise for Owner Operators (SPO) on large-scale projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of engineering and vendor document control practices, as well as working knowledge of commercial document control, archiving, and correspondence management.
