Production Supervisor Job

We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to oversee and manage all assembly and packing operations in our Brisbane Airport Flight Catering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all flights are meticulously packed according to the specified standards and promptly delivered to the dispatch fridge.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven success in a similar role with experience managing more than 30 frontline staff
  • Strong resource planning skills with the ability to create effective & efficient rosters for a large team
  • Previous experience with LEAN or SIX SIGMA project management would be an advantage
  • Excellent leadership skills and experience in managing a diverse group of employees
  • A strong commitment to food safety and compliance
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
