Production Department Overview

We have a great opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Production Worker.

The successful candidate will be working in a friendly workplace with lots of employee benefits and contributing to the preparation, manual assembly, and/or packaging of sandwiches, wraps, and other like products in a chilled environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble goods as per specification
  • Carry out duties as directed by Team Leader and/or Production Manager
  • Working as part of a team to ensure only high quality product gets delivered to the customer
  • Work within HACCP guidelines
  • Prep ingredients for the day's production requirements
  • Some lifting required

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Motivated, reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
  • Food processing experience and/or machine operating and knife skills
  • Comfortable working in a cold environment
  • Ability to work autonomously and a part of a team on a production line
  • Willingness to participate in a variety of duties within the production department
  • Attention to detail
