Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support with facilities requests and ensuring they are actioned appropriately and within service timeframes.

This role involves working closely with the Building Services Team Leader to assist in management of day-to-day work activity and training and development of a team of Building Services staff.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years' experience in an office supervisor or facilities role.
  • Experience in project management and co-ordination of small works, repairs and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication & relationship management skills.

The successful candidate will also be able to:

  • Travel to various office locations to provide support as required.
  • Liaise with Building Management, contractors and vendors to resolve facilities issues and maintain office standards.
