Senior Business Transformation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to support our business-wide transformation program.
About the Opportunity
The successful candidate will provide business analysis expertise to support the program and operational units, defining, planning, and delivering broad ranging transformation. This role will have a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, driving uplift across the business through process mapping and documentation of requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create operating procedures, guides, FAQs, and user guides in conjunction with subject matter experts.
- Support implementation and embedding of change during 'go live' and post-go live phases.
About You
We are looking for a proven business analyst with experience in complex organisations. Your expertise should include supporting large programs and projects, process mapping, requirements gathering, and delivery of changes. Exceptional organisational and time management skills are essential, along with the ability to plan ahead, handle multiple tasks concurrently, and meet deadlines.
