Nurse for Older Adult Care

Delivering exceptional nursing care to older adults requires a dedicated and compassionate individual.
The RoleTo provide high-quality patient care, we are seeking a skilled and experienced nurse who will play a vital role in fostering communities of belonging for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile comprehensive histories from patients and/or family members to identify care needs
- Maintain accurate documentation reflecting care delivery
- Complete assessments and documentation as required
- Assist in implementing, contributing to, and evaluating patient care plans
- Administer medications to patients and ensure correct ordering, storage, and documentation procedures
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Successful completion of a minimum Diploma of Nursing or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience, preferably in aged care
- Current registration with the relevant nursing authority
- Knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines
- Strong clinical and documentation skills
